Job Introduction

An opportunity is available for a Team Admin Assistant working in the Coventry & Warwickshire Planning team, based at our Hinckley depot.

Ideally the successful candidate will live withing approximately 30 minutes of postcode LE10 3EQ.

Accountable to the Planning Team Manager the Team Admin Assistant provides administrative assistance and co-ordination to the Planning team. You will be an effective team player who is able and willing to support all team members on a daily basis with office support and general administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Planner in requesting & obtaining information relating to customer connections
  • Print utility plans as requested.
  • Raise MPANs and prepare delivery files / work packs for delivery teams
  • Send chaser emails / letters for applications awaiting additional information.
  • Scanning documents
  • Raising invoice request as required.
  • Update systems with connectivity issues.
  • Call customers after works to survey our customer service performance

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced customer-focused administrator with excellent organisational abilities, able to prioritise, multitask, and manage workloads effectively.

A confident communicator, particularly on the telephone, you will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills at all times.

You should be an effective team player who can also work independently, showing initiative when required.

Experience using a range of IT systems is essential, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
