Team Admin Assistant
Job Introduction
An opportunity is available for a Team Admin Assistant based at our Church Village, Cardiff depot. This role will primarily be office based.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager the Team Admin Assistant plays a key role in supporting the operations team through effective administrative and coordination support. You will be a dependable team player, contributing to daily office functions and general administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities
You will be an experienced customer-focused administrator with excellent organisational abilities, able to prioritise, multitask, and manage workloads effectively. It would beneficial if you have worked on projects where you have taken ownership of tasks.
A confident communicator, particularly on the telephone, you will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills at all times. Be comfortable working with numerical data to support operational activities.
You should be an effective team player who can also work independently, showing initiative when required.
Experience using a range of IT systems is essential, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

- Responding to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.
- Assist the Team Support with a range of admin tasks.
- Support the co-ordination of the team’s response to network faults.
- Send development plans to mapping via mapping centre tracker.
- Raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
- Update systems with connectivity issues.
- Call customers after works to survey our customer service performance.
- Assist other team members as and when required.
