About The Role
As an EMR Analyst, you will be part of the Agreement Management team responsible for delivering key commercial and operational activities for the Capacity Market (CM) - a government‑led scheme that plays a vital role in ensuring security of electricity supply as the UK works towards Net Zero by 2050.
You will support Capacity Providers to meet their obligations under the CM Rules, providing clear, timely operational and advisory support to customers and internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves preparing and maintaining guidance, systems and web content. You will act as a first point of contact for customer queries and analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
This is a delivery‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys balancing high‑quality BAU, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in a dynamic regulatory environment.
This role is based from our Warwick office, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop a sound understanding of the CM Rules and NESO systems, producing guidance and delivering training for industry and EMR team.
- Develop and manage internal and external relationships and represent NESO at external meetings, industry-wide presentations or bi-lateral discussions.
- Support and manage the design, testing and training of systems and business processes used to deliver the EMR mechanisms.
- Proactive in identifying and correcting issues in data utilised.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, managing queries via telephone and email.
- Analyse customer data to drive improvements in process.
- Flexible working across all EMR teams as the business and resources require.

- Ideally you will be passionate about customer service and / or have strong customer service experience
- Has experience working within regulatory frameworks or policy
- Demonstrates strong data skills
- Has analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is a good communicator with excellent writing and verbal skills
