Sustainable Aviation and Resilience Consultant
Ready to help airports and aviation organisations navigate the transition towards a more sustainable and resilient future? Join NACO as an Aviation Sustainability and Resilience Consultant and contribute to strategic and multidisciplinary projects for clients around the world. Working alongside aviation consultants and sustainability specialists from NACO and Haskoning, you will connect expertise, translate complex topics into practical advice and help clients turn sustainability ambitions into action.
What you will do as Sustainable Aviation and Resilience Consultant
You will become part of NACO’s Sustainable Aviation and Resilience team, supporting airports, authorities, investors and airport organisations in addressing sustainability challenges and building long-term resilience.
As an Aviation Consultant, you will work on projects that combine aviation, sustainability and strategy. You will bring together NACO’s aviation knowledge and Haskoning’s wider expertise in areas such as climate resilience, alternative aviation fuels, ESG, energy, water, sustainable buildings, mobility and infrastructure.
You will work closely with subject-matter experts to understand complex technical issues, bring the relevant expertise together and translate the findings into clear recommendations for clients. Furthermore, you will also contribute directly to research, analysis and reporting.
Typical projects may include sustainability and ESG strategies, climate risk and resilience assessments, decarbonisation and alternative-fuels roadmaps, sustainability integration in airport master planning, stakeholder and materiality assessments, implementation programmes and cost benefit analysis of implementing sustainability or climate resilience solutions.
