Business Development Manager

? Location: Hyderabad (Field-Based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and business growth in Hyderabad. This is a field-intensive role involving client acquisition, partner onboarding, relationship management, and territory development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet residential societies, channel partners, builders, and commercial clients
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Drive territory growth and achieve business targets
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reports

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Comfortable with extensive field travel across Hyderabad
• Experience in real estate, HVAC, facility management, solar, SaaS, or related industries is preferred
