The Role
Join a market‑leading environmental practice advising on complex, high‑value matters across commercial transactions, contaminated properties, and the energy transition — including climate change and carbon credit work.
What You’ll Work On
Environmental issues in major corporate and finance transactions
Contaminated land, regulatory matters, and environmental risk management
Energy transition projects, including climate‑related and carbon credit transactions
Cross‑border matters involving multinational corporates, investors, lenders, and project developers
Engagement with federal, state, and local regulators on permitting, approvals, and policy issues
