Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Manager with a background in solar or construction project management to oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, driving communication and ensuring quality standards are met.

This position works in office 5x/week to our North Miami office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Obtain and manage necessary permits and approvals.

Budget and Cost Management

  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead regular meetings to review project status, address challenges, and communicate updates.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication among all project participants.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and documentation.

Quality Control and Compliance

  • Ensure projects meet all quality standards and specifications.
  • Address and resolve any compliance or quality issues promptly.

Project Execution and Monitoring

  • Oversee day-to-day construction or installation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, milestones, and safety protocols.
  • Track and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual- Spanish & English
  • 1–2 years of project management experience specifically in solar or construction projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
