Role Description

The Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring top-tier service delivery to clients. This full-time, remote role involves overseeing customer accounts, managing service teams, identifying business growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective after-sales service. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales goals and develop strategies for continuous improvement in service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Sales expertise, including account management, business development, and meeting sales targets
  • Customer relationship management skills and a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with managing service teams, including coaching and performance monitoring
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities, and develop actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in the air treatment or climate solutions industry is highly beneficial
