Since our founding in 2009, our mission has been to offer sustainable, affordable, and reliable renewable energy options to customers seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. We service residential and commercial customers across nine States and are growing daily! Our success hinges on a solid team, and we invest heavily in developing our in-house staff.
We proudly offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Manager in Training for our Washington DC office. We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Team leader who is looking for career growth opportunities to Assist the Residential Sales Manager, join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This differs from your average sales job as you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry, helping homeowners switch to clean, renewable energy.
This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build and train a high-performing sales team, leading from the front.
Role Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
•\tSupport the Residential Sales Manager in overseeing the Direct sales team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training and development, and HR processes
•\tMeeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
•\tEnsuring the development of the employees under your management
•\tDeveloping and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
•\tMaximizing all sales efforts
•\tArticulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales and ensuring the best possible customer service experience
Qualifications:
•\t2+ years' prior direct marketing or similar experience with a strong performance record in Energy, Solar, Home Remodelling, Telecommunications, Insurance or Automotive
•\tPrior team leadership/management experience background and ability to develop and coach a team
•\tExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•\tOrganized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
•\tValid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
•\tUnrivalled interpersonal skill - you're an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
•\tExceptional communicator and relationship builder
•\tSkilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
Income/Benefit Expectation:
•\tBase Salary:$700 weekly + Commission and Overrides:
