This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

Construction Management:

  • Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordination
  • Develop and submit annual construction workplans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, inspections, and material tracking
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates
  • Prepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and recordkeeping

Operations and Maintenance (O&M):

  • Support site operations while maintaining safety, health, and environmental compliance
  • Conduct inspections and implement health and safety plans
  • Manage work crews, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Track project costs and manage purchase orders
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverables

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I: 2-3 years, Level II: 3-5 years)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software, including Primavera
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER and Cal-OSHA certifications preferred; training available if needed
