Project Manager
This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do:
Construction Management:
- Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordination
- Develop and submit annual construction workplans
- Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, inspections, and material tracking
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates
- Prepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and recordkeeping
Operations and Maintenance (O&M):
- Support site operations while maintaining safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Conduct inspections and implement health and safety plans
- Manage work crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Track project costs and manage purchase orders
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverables
What You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I: 2-3 years, Level II: 3-5 years)
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software, including Primavera
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- 40-hour HAZWOPER and Cal-OSHA certifications preferred; training available if needed
