Head of Asset Management - Renewables
About The Company
Morson Edge is working exclusively with Tilt Renewables, one of Australia's leading renewable energy businesses, to appoint a Head of Asset Management.
Tilt Renewables is an Australian renewable energy developer, owner and operator with a long term focus on building and caring for high quality renewable generation assets. With 1.9GW of operational assets and a development pipeline of more than 5GW, Tilt is entering an exciting period of continued growth. The business currently operates 12 renewable energy sites, representing around $4.8 billion in asset value, with a further two projects under construction.
With corporate offices in Sydney and Melbourne and a growing team of around 150 people, Tilt takes a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to developing, operating and optimising its renewable energy portfolio.
About The Role
This is a senior position central to Tilt's continued growth and the performance of its operational portfolio.
Reporting to the EGM Operations and Markets, you'll support and develop a team of five Asset Managers across operational assets and property, providing direction, mentoring and care across the group. You'll help ensure Tilt's assets are safe, reliable and commercially successful. You’ll be balancing technical performance, financial outcomes, regulatory compliance and long term asset value.
Working closely with colleagues across engineering, grid, markets, development and delivery, you'll shape and implement asset management strategies, oversee key operational and maintenance contracts, and partner with the Head of Asset Engineering to identify and deliver performance opportunities across the fleet.
It's a role for an experienced asset management professional who enjoys working at both a strategic and hands on level, brings sound commercial judgement, and builds strong relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, with regular travel to Tilt's operational sites.[EO1]
What You'll Be Doing
We'd genuinely love to hear from you, even if you don't meet every point above. If this sounds like you, please apply now with your updated CV.
