2026 will be a landmark year for Morrow as we become a full-scale production facility.
Whether you come from automotive, energy, logistics, food processing, or other industrial sectors, your experience with machinery, process control, and teamwork could be highly valuable in this exciting new battery industry.
We're now looking for skilled Machine Operators to join our growing team at the Morrow Cell Factory in Norway. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You’ll work with advanced machinery, monitor systems, and collaborate across teams to solve real-time challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-tech industrial machines using detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor production from control rooms, respond to alarms, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot deviations to ensure optimal performance
- Use diagrams, patterns, and tools to make precise adjustments
- Work in cleanroom and dry room environments with protective gear
- Uphold safety, quality, and performance standards
Skills & Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and transferable skills. If you’ve worked in automated production, industrial operations, or technical environments, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in a relevant field
- Experience with industrial equipment and PLCs is a plus
- Experience in an automated or semi-automated production environment
- Forklift and crane operation experience is an advantage
- Strong PC skills
