Head of People
About Moment Energy
The era of independent energy is here. Help us deploy it.
Energy should be free. Free from aging grids, fragile supply chains, and the constant cycle of extraction. At Moment Energy, we're building a future where clean power is abundant, affordable, and uninterrupted for everyone.
The supply we need to rebuild our energy security is already here. Millions of batteries are scrapped, or prematurely recycled, with decades of life remaining. We put them to work instead, turning what the industry discards into advanced energy storage systems that power today's most critical infrastructure, from airports and hospitals to super-computing centers.
We aren't the first to see the opportunity. We are the first to engineer a solution that makes second-life batteries viable, scalable, and certifiable at industrial scale. The result: Moment Energy is North America's leading battery re-purposer, holding the industry's most stringent safety certifications and rapidly expanding domestic manufacturing capabilities.
This is what the circular economy looks like in practice. Not a promise. Proof.
Now is the moment. Join us, and start your life's work.
We're a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Every day you'll be taking on a new challenge and learning something new. You'll take on a wide breadth of tasks and contribute to disrupting the battery industry. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that is working together to save the planet! Fun, health, and wellness are incorporated into our daily schedule and we encourage all our team members to bring innovative ideas to the table to create an interactive workplace.
