Molecule Works Inc. is a small high-tech technology company engaged in development and commercialization of advanced material products for energy efficiency, clean and renewable energy applications.

Job description

A motivated and result-oriented candidate is sought to support manufacturing and engineering development of new membrane products for conversion of carbon oxide into liquid hydrocarbon fuels. The work duty includes 1) making the membrane by following the Company's proprietary process, 2) conducting membrane separation performance tests, 3) building product prototypes for specific applications and demonstrating unique performance advantages by following design instructions, 4) planning and maintaining the work space in safe and orderly manners, and 5) documenting experimental observation and results in notebook and computer. Specific project task assignments will be made based on the candidate's capabilities and career interest.

Work time

The normal work time is 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Occasionally, working in the evening or weekend is required due to special operation schedule or project urgency. The work hours can be full time or part time to meet the candidate's specific situation.

Qualifications

Previous technical working experiences are required. Working experiences in product manufacturing, equipment engineering, material or chemical processing field are highly desirable.

The candidate must be motivated to learn new skills and knowledge constantly, and to solve technical problems.

The candidate must have strong work ethics and want to advance technical proficiency or career by developing independent work abilities and achieving accomplishments.

A college degree or postgraduate degree in applied science and engineering field is desirable.
