Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate green and low-carbon hydrogen projects in line with MOL Group's strategic objectives.
- Support industrial-scale electrolyser projects from concept development and feasibility assessment through technology selection, tendering and implementation planning.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams across engineering, operations, procurement, legal, finance, sustainability and business development.
- Develop integrated hydrogen value-chain concepts covering renewable electricity, water treatment, hydrogen production, compression, storage and industrial use.
- Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations of electrolyser technologies, suppliers and project concepts.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, investment decision materials and executive presentations.
- Assess key project value drivers, including CAPEX, OPEX, efficiency, availability, degradation, electricity sourcing and hydrogen production cost.
- Support compliance with EU and national sustainability requirements, including RFNBO rules and renewable hydrogen certification.
- MSc degree in Engineering, Energy, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, business development, engineering, energy, consulting or industrial investment projects.
- Strong interest in hydrogen technologies, renewable energy and industrial decarbonization.
- General understanding of hydrogen production technologies and the main elements of the hydrogen value chain.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate complex, multidisciplinary workstreams.
- Structured and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect technical, commercial, regulatory and strategic aspects.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare concise, high-quality decision-making materials for senior management.
- Advanced English language proficiency and the ability to work in an international environment.
- Experience in electrolyser projects, renewable electricity sourcing, RFNBO compliance, certification, tendering or industrial CAPEX projects is an advantage.
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Work on industrial-scale green and low-carbon hydrogen projects with significant decarbonization potential.
- Gain exposure to the complete hydrogen value chain, from renewable electricity and hydrogen production to certification and industrial use.
- Participate in technology selection, supplier evaluation and strategic investment decisions.
- Collaborate with international technology providers and experienced colleagues across multiple professional areas.
- Develop specialist knowledge in a rapidly evolving European energy and regulatory environment.
