- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
- Install, calibrate, and adjust mechanical and electrical components as needed.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to complete maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in CMMS.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and complies with OSHA, NEC, and company policies.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations.
Required Education & Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and implement effective solutions.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or respond to on-call emergencies.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical technology, or related field preferred.
