Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project teams and ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Monitor program performance and report progress.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification preferred.
