- Be the champion for ISO/IEC 17025 best practices, embedding a deep commitment to quality across all operations, including:
- Impeccable equipment calibration and traceability.
- Crystal-clear laboratory procedures and work instructions.
- Unyielding data integrity and documentation.
- Proactive equipment maintenance and verification programs.
- Unify our laboratories by standardizing processes and documentation, creating a seamless, high-performance network.
- Spearhead the annual capital planning for all laboratory infrastructure, equipment, and facility upgrades, making the business case for transformational investments.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of our critical test equipment—from procurement and installation to qualification and management—ensuring every investment fuels our long-term strategy.
- Lead the architectural design and development of brand-new test facilities that will power the next wave of product innovation.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to ensure our new facilities are commissioned as beacons of safety, performance, and compliance from day one.
- Apply your deep expertise to the validation of groundbreaking data center and HVAC products, including Chillers, CRAC & CRAH units, Modular Data Centers (MDC), Coolant Distribution Units (CDU), and Air Handling Units (AHU).
- Develop and refine test methodologies that produce accurate, repeatable, and reliable data, empowering our engineers to make game-changing decisions.
What You Bring to the Table (Required Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of proven experience in test engineering, laboratory operations, or product validation.
- 5+ years of dynamic leadership experience, guiding engineers and technicians, ideally across multiple locations.
- A track record of successfully managing complex technical or capital projects.
- Hands-on experience implementing laboratory best practices, including calibration systems and documented procedures.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- The willingness and ability to travel to our North American laboratory locations to inspire your teams in person.
- Previous experience testing HVAC or thermal management products.
- Deep knowledge of data center cooling systems or related infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory quality systems.
- Experience designing, building, or commissioning test laboratories or large-scale test infrastructure.
- Formal project management training or PMP certification.
