The Global Program Manager ensures that all initiatives align with business outcomes, promote the adoption of standardized processes, and optimize resource allocation across teams. This individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering and operations functions. Additionally, this role ensures successful delivery through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex programs from initiation through delivery.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project managers.
- Develop program plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
