We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to manage moderately complex projects while supporting larger programs. They will ensure the consistent use of standard tools, templates and governance practices while strengthening cross-functional collaboration, driving accountability with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Manage day-to-day project execution, including project plans, schedules, and system demand dates.
- Coordinate and communicate customer requirements internally with Production, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue quotations for products, change orders, and project scope updates.
- Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to leadership.
- Coordinate customer meetings related to scheduling, quality, testing, and delivery.
- Manage shipment scheduling and factory loading in collaboration with customers and operations teams.
- Enter and manage customer orders and supporting project documentation.
- Facilitate customer visits, field visits, and customer-witnessed testing.
- Provide support for warranty claims during and after installation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management and/or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical background or training in mechanical and/or electrical engineering preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical processes is an asset.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification is a strong asset and will be given preference.
