Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
- Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives and measure results.
- Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Document current processes and help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques across departments.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure sustainability of improvements.
- Education: Technical Background
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
