Position Description

- Oversees daily operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while directing the team to meet production goals and safety standards
- Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate orders.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure proper storage.
- Safely operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Complete shift reports, documenting production delays, damages, or shortages.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections as required
- Maintaining a clean and organized area, including proper disposal of waste
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere company policies and procedures
- Supervise and monitor incoming delivery trucks.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Take part in Monthly & Year End inventory counts.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Ideal candidate must have:
- At least 5 years experience in Warehouse - Manufacturing set up.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, and develop teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Physically capable of performing all work-related task and assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Must have forklift experience
- Ability to contribute to the teamwork of the department
- Valid Forklift or Overhead Crane License
- Computer skills / Microsoft Office
