Position Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer with welding experience to support our production team. In this role, you will work across various production areas, utilizing hand and power tools to assist with manufacturing processes.

Shift Details

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor duties across multiple production areas
  • Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist with welding tasks as required
  • Support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of welding experience
  • Proficiency using hand and power tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and dependable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime (weekdays/weekends as needed)

Safety Requirement - Respirator Use

  • This position may involve tasks requiring the use of a respirator. In accordance with occupational health and safety standards, all employees must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure proper fit and protection. Compliance with this requirement is mandatory for employment in this role.
