Position: Sustainability Manager (ESG & Reporting)


Job Summary:

The Sustainability Manager will lead Mobileum’s ESG program with a focus on sustainability reporting, GHG emissions management, and customer-driven ESG requirements. The role will oversee Eco Vadis engagement, annual sustainability reporting, Scope 1–3 GHG accounting, and SBTi-related initiatives, while preparing the organization for evolving regulatory frameworks such as CSRD and CSDDD where applicable.


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Lead ESG strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage annual sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.
  • Own EcoVadis assessment lifecycle and improvement plans.
  • Oversee Scope 1–3 GHG accounting and emissions tracking.
  • Support SBTi alignment and decarbonization roadmap development.
  • Respond to customer ESG and due diligence requests.
  • Integrate ESG into compliance, risk, and governance frameworks.
  • Engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level ESG reports and dashboards.


Qualification Required: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with EcoVadis and GHG accounting (Scope 1–3).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


Qualification Required: -

  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with CSRD / ESRS and EU ESG regulations.
  • Experience with SBTi or decarbonization programs.
  • Experience using ESG reporting tools (e.g., Workiva).
  • Relevant certifications (ESG, GHG, PMP).

Additional Information

Work Experience: 8+ years of ESG, sustainability reporting, or compliance experience.
