Role Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and analytical Performance Analyst to join our Performance Analytics Team. In this role, you will help identify performance losses, improve asset reliability, and support the generation of clean energy at scale across a large solar portfolio. You will turn operational data into clear insights that help internal teams make better performance decisions, optimize asset performance, and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor real-time and historical asset data to detect trends, anomalies, underperformance, and emerging reliability issues.
  • Analyze energy production, SCADA, and equipment-level data to support root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and actionable insights that help technical and business teams make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management, Operations & Maintenance, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve technical issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Support automation and continuous improvement efforts by helping streamline analyses, reporting processes, and performance monitoring workflows.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Python, Matlab, SQL/databases, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is a plus, particularly for analyzing operational data, automating reports, and detecting performance trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with a drive for learning and continuous improvement.
