Remote work permitted 2 days per week within commuting distance of Boca Raton, FL.

Manage debt and tax equity models for MN8 throughout project lifecycle including development, acquisition, construction, operations, and refinancing.

Work closely with the Treasurer to enhance MN8’s strategic and long-term financial planning.

Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related quantitative field such as Business Administration and Management and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role.

Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: partnership capital accounts to determine the value of a tax equity investment; 45Q tax credits and various applications for renewable financing including PV solar and BESS; utilizing DCF analysis to determine investment valuations and analyzing impact of different debt (bond/bank) and tax equity structures; tax equity rules, structures, terms, along with disproportionate allocations and flips; analyzing terms for back levered debt transactions and writing VBA code for excel modeling or renewable energy projects; modeling Solar projects including P50/P99 probability factors, PPAs, and revenue and cost forecasting; hedging strategies against different investment risks using financial instruments or market strategies to offset the risk of any adverse movement; calculation and evaluation of Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) and other corporate finance metrics and comparison between peers; developing cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate working capital for operational needs; maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions, managing banking services, fees, and terms; and assigning risk weights to financial assets determined by the asset class, the credit rating of the counterparty and quality of the collateral.
