Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT equipment recycling sector by leveraging market research and industry insights.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and increase revenue streams through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support company growth objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on project management initiatives related to new business launches, service delivery, and process improvements.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs, emphasizing the environmental benefits of IT equipment recycling.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in IT-waste recycling, sustainability services
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated success in achieving targets through strategic planning and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to B2B sales environments, including digital outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability practices is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
