Job Description

Mission Surya Uday is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Executive to join our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
This is a field-based role where you will work within an assigned area, interact with residential customers, generate leads, and help homeowners understand the benefits of rooftop solar.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers within the assigned area.
Generate leads through field visits and customer interactions.
Understand customers' electricity and solar requirements.
Explain rooftop solar solutions and their benefits.
Educate customers about relevant government initiatives such as PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the internal team for site visits and further customer requirements.
Maintain records of leads and daily field activities.
Work towards assigned lead-generation and performance targets.
Requirements
12th pass or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with regular field travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
