Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in identifying and developing new growth opportunities across European energy markets. By combining market intelligence, commercial insight and strategic thinking, you will help shape and execute market entry strategies, evaluate emerging technologies and drive the implementation of innovative business models.
Your Contribution to the Energy Transition
- Identify and assess new business opportunities, technologies and markets through commercial, regulatory and techno-economic analyses.
- Develop and execute market entry and go-to-market strategies to support the company’s growth across new and existing markets.
- Build strategic partnerships and support negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of new business models and technologies, coordinating closely with Development, Finance and Operations teams.
- Drive the evaluation and execution of growth opportunities across the energy transition landscape.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure or project development.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, commercial drivers and emerging business models.
- Experience with BESS is highly desirable; exposure to data centres, LDES or co-location projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
