We’re seeking a skilled and analytical Environmental Economist to support our sustainability and policy initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about applying economic theory and quantitative analysis to environmental challenges and helping shape data-driven strategies for sustainable growth.

? Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct economic analyses on environmental policies, climate risks, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop models to evaluate environmental impacts, cost-benefit scenarios, and policy outcomes.
  • Provide insights on carbon markets, resource economics, and regulatory trends.
  • Collaborate with sustainability, finance, and strategy teams on decision-making frameworks.
  • Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support development of sustainability strategies and impact measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor global and regional environmental policy developments and economic trends.
✅ Requirements
  • Master’s or PhD in Economics, Environmental Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in environmental economics, climate policy, consulting, or research.
  • Strong quantitative and econometric skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, Stata).
  • Knowledge of climate policy frameworks, carbon pricing, or natural resource economics.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Based in Singapore with the legal right to work full-time.
