Midwest Energy Management is a locally owned & operated energy management company located on the east side of Cincinnati near Lunken Airport. We specialize in helping people reduce their energy bills by utilizing advanced thermal imaging cameras to pinpoint energy & air leaks throughout their home. This service, known as an energy efficiency audit, is provided free of charge with no obligation to the homeowner. We are seeking enthusiastic & outgoing individuals to add to our scheduling team. Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential clients about our innovative services & scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively & quickly build rapport with prospects will be key to your success. A background in customer service or marketing is a huge plus but not required.
Paid training is provided!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an understanding of our evolving products and services.
- Educate prospects about our products & services through various channels including canvassing, home shows, festivals & local events as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs & present our services to help them.
- Follow up with prospects as necessary to nurture relationships, build rapport & ultimately schedule an appointment.
- Utilize CRM software system to track leads, input client contact details & relevant notes based on interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure a smooth transition from appointment generation to sales conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire appointment setting process.
- Consistently reprensent our company & brand in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Positive & professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer service or marketing is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on quickly building rapport.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
