The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and compliance matters related to energy and infrastructure projects. *Key Responsibilities:** Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements.
* Manage active and potential litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel.
* Advise executive leadership on legal strategy, risk management, and renewable energy compliance.
* Support the development of container-based Ai and renewable energy projects and related ventures. *Qualifications:** J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice.
* 15–20 years of litigation and contract experience.
