Role Description

· Collaborate with local OEMs, NGOs, and partners to support product deployment and program implementation.

· Coordinate project activities and market outreach for MEC products in Bhutan.

· Identify and engage potential clients and institutions for product adoption.

· Oversee field-level implementation, including installation monitoring and reporting.

· Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between partners, OEMs, and the project team.

· Track project progress, client feedback, and operational updates from the field.

· Support monitoring, data collection, and ensure compliance with registry requirements.

· Address on-ground challenges with a solution-oriented approach  


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent practical experience may be considered

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Experience in project coordination or field operations

· Ability to work with OEMs, NGOs, and local partners

· Basic understanding of deployment/implementation processes

· Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach

· Ability to track progress, reporting, and data management

· Willingness to travel and work on the ground in Bhutan

· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
