We are looking for a senior HVAC technician to join our dedicated team. We are are committed to delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. In this role, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency in various residential and commercial settings.
*Responsibilities:*
Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a range of HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps and commercial rooftop units.
Lead installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance services, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions to clients.
Utilize advance tools and technologies to monitor system performance and troubleshoot effectively.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs and maintenance activities in our management software.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain HVAC issues, service options and maintenance plans.
*Required Qualifications:*
3+ years experience in HVAC service and repair.
EPA certification for refrigerant handling
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work on-call service rotation
Own tools
*Preferred Qualification:*
Sales Experience a Plus
Experience with advanced HVAC systems, including smart thermostats and energy management systems.
Deep understanding of HVAC principles, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Experience with energy efficiency measures and sustainable HVAC practices.
Installation of HVAC equipment.
