Job Description
- Drive regional B2B sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with installers and wholesalers.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while converting leads into concrete solutions.
- Act as a technical and commercial advisor, proposing tailored heating and climate solutions.
- Organize and deliver commercial and technical presentations, events, and trainings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and support overall business growth.
- MBO/HBO work and thinking level.
- At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in HVAC.
- Technical knowledge of heat pumps and general air conditioning.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team player.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills.
