MicroGrid Networks is growing! We’re looking for an  Assistant Construction Manager  to support the delivery of small-scale  Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across New York City.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career construction professional who wants hands-on experience building clean energy infrastructure in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support projects from design through construction and close-out

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Track RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation

• Attend job site meetings and assist with construction coordination

• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction or engineering experience

• NYC project experience preferred

• Ability to read construction drawings and understand scope of work

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus

• Electrical or energy project experience required

  Salary:  $85,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
