Process Engineer Technician- Night Shift

The Role:
Provide supervision of equipment performance, processes and projects in module production. Seek and perform continuous improvement on a daily basis in connection with processes and plant technology. Development of technical measures for the entire production plant to increase overall equipment effectiveness.
Your contribution to our vision (responsibilities):
- Monitor Processes and Equipment performance.
- Analyze and interpret real time data of Equipment performance, product quality while in operation.
- Troubleshoot of equipment malfunction, identify process deviation and implementing corrective actions (RCCA) bringing equipment back to rate.
- Execute and document of material testing inline.
- Collaborate in planning, execution and documenting of continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate on technical changes to equipment components and assemblies for integration into the production line.
- Support maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairs as well as documenting and organizing the transfer of knowledge.
- Support in updating of SOP and WI.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and ramp up its specified processes.
- Other related duties as assigned by manager or Process Engineer.
You bring:
- High school diploma, preferable additional education, such as an Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field, such as industrial maintenance, engineering technology, or facilities management.
- 3 years of experience in a high paced 24/7 production environment, preferable production field solar panel, semiconductor and/or automotive.
- High Proficiency in Data Analysis and its Interpretation.
- Proficient with and applying of Lean Six Sigma Methods in order to achieve KPI and internal CIP Project goals.
- Ability to operate machinery and highly automated technical equipment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting highly automated equipment.
- Learn state of the art equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Motivation to succeed.
- Exceptional work ethic is a must.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Language skills: English
A Plus:
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering, physics or related disciplines
- Specialist knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering and process technology
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar
- Bilingual/ Spanish
