VP & Associate, Energy Transition M&A, Independent IB

We have just started working with a leading independent investment bank who are looking to hire a VP and Associate within their Energy Transition M&A team. This is a leading franchise within the space that boasts a strong pipeline and compelling growth trajectory.

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 years' experience gained within M&A at another investment bank or advisory firm

- Relevant sector experience e.g. Power, Renewables, Energy, Infrastructure etc.

- Demonstrable track record of taking a lead role on transactions in combination with a strong technical skill-set.

- Languages - additional European languages will be a plus but not a mandatory requirement
