About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ‘Senior Analyst/ Analyst’ to support the Renewable Energy project, focusing specifically on project monitoring and implementation using digital platforms. The candidate will work directly under the guidance of the Project Manager and support day-to-day activities related to solar project tracking, data analytics, MIS preparation and client coordination.


This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, state-led decentralized solarization program, enabling you to work at the intersection of policy, technology and ground-level implementation.


Detailed expectations from the role:

  • Bring end‑to‑end technical insight on solar‑PV project development: from conceptual design (site assessment, sizing, equipment selection and basic engineering) through construction (EPC scheduling, quality & HSE oversight, BoQ/Bill‑of‑Materials validation) and onward to O&M and performance analysis.
  • Project Monitoring (PM): ensuring accurate and real-time tracking of project milestones across all sites.
  • Verification and prudence check: Assist in validating DPRs, Grid Connectivity & Technical Documents submitted by developers, EPCs or government stakeholders.
  • Monitoring Construction Progress: Monitoring progress across multiple sites and report deviations from planned schedules using digital PM tools.
  • Prepare Progress Reports, dashboards, and corrective action matrices for review by senior stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Site Teams, EPC contractors and government nodal agencies to ensure timely data inputs and issue resolution.
  • Regulatory & Policy Tracking: tracking relevant decentralized solarization and MSKVY implementation in Maharashtra.
  • Business Development Support: by preparing proposal decks, data analysis and sector research.
  • Knowledge and understanding of emerging energy technologies, including Green Hydrogen, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Pumped Storage Projects (PSP), Hybrid and Wind Power.
  • Assist in Internal Documentation and MIS: maintain internal tracker for project timelines, budget allocations, capacity tracking and execution status.
  • Prepare Presentations and Status Briefs for senior management and client reviews.
  • Collaborate across Teams to ensure data consistency, field coordination, and timely submission of deliverables.


Required skill set

  • Understanding of solar project lifecycle, grid connectivity, ALMM and CEA regulations
  • Preparation of the Financial Models
  • Exposure to digital project monitoring tools or PMIS systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and evolving requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)


Education and Experience

  • BE/B. Tech - any field. MBA/ M. Tech is preferred
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in renewable energy, solar project development or project monitoring.


Location

  • Base location shall be Mumbai (Maharashtra). However, the role would require the applicant to undertake travel for execution of the assignment as per the requirement.
