We’re currently hiring a Campaign Specialist to support our in-store marketing and lead generation efforts in the Hammond area.

About the Role
The Campaign Sales Associate plays a key role in managing day-to-day customer outreach, campaign development, and team coordination. You’ll work directly with customers in face-to-face settings, promoting clean energy solutions while supporting internal goals and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new lead opportunities through in-person customer interactions and relationship building
- Participate in ongoing product and industry training to stay current on renewable energy trends
- Collaborate with team members and management to execute campaign strategies
- Track and review sales activities and campaign performance with leadership
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience from introduction to enrollment
- Maximize campaign performance and ROI while identifying opportunities for growth
- Serve as the go-to contact for problem-solving, client requests, and implementation improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership potential
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Ability to lead by example and support the growth and development of others
