Sales Executive – Solar EPC

Job Summary

Mechatronik Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting solar EPC solutions, and converting sales opportunities into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through Justdial, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Identify potential customers and promote solar EPC solutions.
  • Make outbound calls, schedule site visits, and interact with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar energy solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Maintain customer information, update CRM/MIS records, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar EPC or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer-handling and lead-conversion abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
