We’re hiring an Inventory Control Specialist (Contract) to support manufacturing operations onsite at McKinstry in Spokane. This is a contract role where you’ll play a key part in keeping materials organized, tracked, and ready to support production. The estimated duration is 6–12 months, with potential for extension.

This is a contract role where you’ll play a key part in keeping materials organized, tracked, and ready to support production. The estimated duration is 6–12 months, with potential for extension.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Track and manage inventory coming in and out of the facility
- Work with vendors and internal teams to make sure materials show up when they’re needed
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts
- Keep accurate records of stock, returns, damages, and adjustments
- Help restock materials and support order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages before they become issues
- Support overall organization and flow of materials on the floor
- Experience working with inventory systems or warehouse tools
- Familiarity with barcode scanners or similar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- Background in inventory, logistics, or supply chain work
- Fully onsite role in Spokane
- Active work environment (walking, standing, moving materials)
- Team-oriented setting with a strong focus on getting the job done right
