The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Workday Senior Product Manager to our growing Business Technology division.

Responsibilities

• Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative.
• Manages product life cycle, including modifications, upgrades and maintenance through end of life.
• Leads coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings and user acceptance testing.
• Partners with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver and maintain solutions and integrations.
• Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.
• Creates performance plans, assesses performance and provides performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on Workday products.
• Workday certification is highly desirable.
• 6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $99,270- $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.
