Our program delivers depth and real experience so that you can truly evaluate potential career paths within the work we do./ppWhat we look for in our Marketing and Communications Interns:/pulliCollege Juniors or Seniors with availability in Summer 2026 (May/June start until August/September)/liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook/liliIntroductory knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/liliExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills/liliDemonstrated interest in business marketing/liliExperience telling stories across platforms (websites and social media) that drive engagement/liliKnowledge of and an interest in digital marketing creative trends/liliCollaborative, positive, and curious mindsets/liliMust be 18 years of age or older/li/ulpWhat are our Marketing and Communications Interns responsible for:/pulliDeveloping marketing collateral in collaboration with marketing specialists/liliUpdating internal databases with key information to drive data integrity and synergy/liliSupporting the proposal development process/liliSupporting client-facing presentations/liliAssisting with business development research, analysis, and reporting/liliMaintaining momentum around creative concepts/liliCreating website and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) content to support sales and talent acquisition campaigns including project and people profiles/liliSocial media community management/liliWorking cross-functionally across the organization to identify opportunities for content development/liliResearching and creating messaging frameworks for goal audiences and segments/li/ulpIf youre passionate about sustainability and want to work with our team to help solve the critical problems our industry and clients face, we invite you to apply./ppThe McKinstry group of companies are equal opportunity employers.
