We are currently seeking an RF Engineer to join our team as a member of our Wireless Engineering team. Our team is focused on designing, delivering, and managing cutting-edge wireless communications systems. Our technologies operate at the intersection of the digital and physical world, and we lead the industry in creating new solutions to modern connectivity needs.
We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual who will grow with our team and contribute by being a customer-facing, solutions-focused, field resource. This position is for the Seattle Metro area.

The pay range for this position is $84,240 – $145,200 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.

We are currently seeking an RF Engineer to join our team as a member of our Wireless Engineering team. Our team is focused on designing, delivering, and managing cutting-edge wireless communications systems. Our technologies operate at the intersection of the digital and physical world, and we lead the industry in creating new solutions to modern connectivity needs.
We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual who will grow with our team and contribute by being a customer-facing, solutions-focused, field resource. This position is for the Seattle Metro area.
- Work independently with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Private Cellular Networks, IoT and Wi-Fi Networks.
- Support on-site commissioning, integration and testing for cellular networks.
- Support on-site commissioning, integration and testing for 2-Radio networks and Emergency Responder Coverage Enhancement Systems (ERCES).
- Maintain and operate our current wireless systems in the Seattle metro area.
- Troubleshoot and repair DAS and other wireless networks.
- Work alongside other technical experts including customers, operators, subcontractors, engineers and technicians to deploy DAS or other wireless networks.
- Support customer meetings and site walks within their region.
- Work with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, RF scanners and test UEs.
- Perform RF data collection and analysis using walk or drive-testing methods.
- Work alongside our design engineers and Project Managers to see individual projects to completion.
- Work independently to develop project specific commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Develop test plans, drawings, technical documentation, and reports, for internal and external publication.
- (3) Years of experience as an RF Engineer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field, or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of building communications systems.
- Experience commissioning in-building cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
- Experience commissioning in-building Public Safety DAS or ERCES.
- Experience using Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, test UEs and other RF test equipment.
- Working knowledge of various wireless technologies: LTE, 5G, 802.11, P25 PII, etc.
- Certifications with DAS OEMs such as Commscope, JMA, SOLiD, ADRF, Comba, etc.
- Experience with RF components such as couplers, splitters, filters, amplifiers, antennas.
- GROL (General Radio Operator License) license holder.
- Familiarity with construction job sites and contractor best practices.
- Ability to read/understand construction documents.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across multiple disciplines.
- Strong computer/tablet skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and independent work product.
- Excitement to grow and develop new technologies, business practices, and initiatives.
- Be based in the Seattle area.
- Ability to work at job sites around the Seattle metro area as much as 75% of the time.
- Be available to travel domestically as much as 25% of the time.
- Be flexible with working hours to facilitate job site and travel requirements.
- Be able to operate a personal vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
- (5) years of experience as an RF Engineer.
- Experience performing ERCES Recertifications.
- Familiarity with PSERN standards and procedures.
- Experience in installation, termination and testing of fiber and low voltage cabling.
- Experience deploying Private Cellular Networks.
- CCNA/CWNP Network Certifications.
- NICET license holder.
- Possess networking/Wi-Fi experience.
- Possess IoT experience.
