As a Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA region, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact, leveraging our innovative solar products to not only meet but exceed our sustainability and sales goals. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of solar energy across diverse markets, embodying our mission to create a sustainable and energy-efficient world for future generations. In this capacity, you will be responsible for building relationships, managing expectations, driving value, and delivering on sales plans at both distributor and installer levels. Your strategic vision, combined with hands-on execution, will be crucial in managing a diverse dealer network and navigating the unique market dynamics within the EMEA region. Responsibilities Build, manage, and optimize the dealer network to enhance market penetration and sales performance. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and annual plans by implementing effective sales strategies. Analyze regional markets to understand competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for growth. Train and enable distributor and installer teams with Maxeon sales tools, ensuring they can effectively communicate and leverage Maxeon's advantages. Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing and Sales Operations, to develop and execute regional marketing plans and sales forecasts. Develop and manage strategic partnerships within the region, aligning with Maxeon's global standards and regional objectives. Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety standards, as well as Manufacturing Quality standards and regulations. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in specialized B-to-B Sales, preferably in the PV industry or a closely related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the Photovoltaics Distributed Generation business landscape and regulatory environment in the country. Extensive experience in building and managing dealer networks. Ability to act as a Sales Trainer and technical referent to the dealer network, both on products and digital tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in German and fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region are highly desirable. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region, including occasional international travel. The position will be home based, preferably in Zip Code Area 0; 2; 3; 7; or 9. Other The position is home-based, with a preference for candidates located in strategic locations within the EMEA region to optimize coverage and market reach.
