Are you ready to power positive change?
Your Mission: As our Contract Manager, based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Director AMERICAS Customer Operations , you will play a pivotal role as the primary liaison for customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle or Master Supplier Agreement (MSA), managing tasks such as Oracle onboarding, invoicing, lien waivers, tax exceptions, and QA obligations until project or MSA completion. Additionally, you will be accountable for Project Management Operations, involving planning, directing, and coordinating with Maxeon Functional teams to fulfill the terms of the contract and agreement.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
Maintain Contract or MSA documentation associated with internal and external communication, contract administration, schedule, permitting and Statement of Account.
Monitor Project/Agreement performance and ensure that for any deviation Corrective Actions are initiated and completed.
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations

Bachelor’s Degree in any course With at least 5 years relevant experience in Customer and Commercial Contract management in Solar, PV and Utilities. Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines. Effective problem-solver, able to manage change and can also produce new ideas and solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff.
It would be Nice if You Have: Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred.
