Mavel Americas, Inc. oversees all of Mavels operations in the Americas, including Canada, USA and Latin America. The Chief Financial Officer will be a member of the senior management team of this fast-growing renewable energy company. Responsibilities will be split into operations, reporting, planning and strategy. Accounting and Finance Operations Oversite. Manage the accounting department and supervise staff in the following areas: Bank statement reconciliations Customer receivables Expense analysis Inter-company account reconciliations Compilation of company information required for annual tax returns Financial Reporting. Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reports and filings Oversite of audit and consolidation of financials with Mavel, a.s. Financial Planning and Analysis. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial models to guide the companys financial strategy. Work with senior management team to develop financial strategy. Strong educational background in accounting and finance Preference for MBA or CPA credentials Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications as well as accounting software Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations that will impact the companys future Flexible work from home options available. #
