contractor management.
2. Energy Efficiency Program Support Manager – focused on program operations, vendor and team
oversight, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
While each position has distinct responsibilities, both play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery
of PSEG’s energy efficiency initiatives. Depending on your background, you may be considered for

Key Responsibilities:

depending on whether you are placed in the Project Manager (Engineering) or Program Support

• Ensure project scope, budget, and cost effectiveness; process milestone-based construction
payments and forecasts.
• Conduct program and project QA/QC; apply knowledge of energy conservation measures (HVAC,
lighting, motors, EMS).
• Perform project site visits as needed and monitor contractor safety compliance.
• Oversee performance of vendors (office and field), ensuring deliverables, compliance, and invoice
accuracy.
• Manage and support associates performing program implementation duties.
• Monitor program KPIs to ensure delivery meets business plan expectations.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT,
etc.).
• Enhance customer experience, resolve business issues, and improve program delivery.
• Compile, analyze, and report project and program data, including monthly forecasts and senior
management presentations.
• Provide oversight for business controls, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Ensure accurate regulatory reporting and internal compliance with PSEG standards.
• Foster an inclusive work environment, valuing diverse perspectives and strengths.
• Support special projects as needed and assist in storm restoration efforts when required.

Qualifications / Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Finance, or related field, with 5–7 years of
experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 9–11 years
of relevant experience.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost structures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within PSE territory for meetings, inspections, and program oversight.

Preferred:

field inspections. Office and field requirements subject to client discretion.
