We are hiring for a Senior Controls Engineer to design, program, and support automation systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role , where you’ll lead the controls scope of projects from design through installation and startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Rockwell preferred)
  • Lead controls work for automation and capital projects
  • Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup
  • Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams
  • Guide vendors and system integrators on controls execution

Required Skills

  • 7+ years in controls/automation engineering
  • Strong PLC programming experience (Rockwell)
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc.)
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP)
